I guess food is a very important
side of life, it means happiness, balance, health and well-being. From drinks
to groceries, healthy food is essential to me, I prefer seafood, vegetables,
fruits and organic food and I don’t like pretty much meat, fried or fast food.
I always read the nutritional information of things I eat because in the market
are products with a lot of chemical ingredients which I don’t trust.
I like Mediterranean, Arabian, Thai,
Mexican, Japanese, Italian and Brazilian food, I’ve been tried all of those traditional
foods and I like it because that foods are full of natural flavor. Also I love
tea, spices and natural juices. I don’t like diets because it makes me feel bad
or hungry, I prefer to practice sports or not to eat sweets by example.
In my home with my family I always
eat vegetables or fish. My father likes to cook rice, seafood and dinners, my
sister likes to cook sweets like cakes, cupcakes or biscuits. I prefer to cook
Italian or fresh food like mixed salads or sauces. Two years ago I was vegetarian and my sister
was vegan, now we eat meat but not pretty much. My father is vegetarian since
four years ago because the doctor says to him that not to eat meat were healthier.
I think that food is a way to
understand life and it means how you meet with other people and how you are.
